Horrible service

Internet service has been horrible. Down for weeks at a time. Currently down for a week, been calling for two days and get answering machine that says you have reached Century link outside of business hours, all day long? When you finally reach someone, they make you do all the same things they always make you do and then say they have to send someone out. I work, I cannot be home for Century Link all the time. House guests had to check into a hotel last night as a week without internet was effecting their ability to do there jobs. I am paying for a service I am not getting
