not honoring price quotes of initial services apparrent fraud in up front charges other issues


as agents for direct tv services they made misleading statements with price per month and not providing customer viewing needs fairly,sign you up with a baited monthly cost and switch to a lot higher cost of service than conveyed in the initial phone sales,i suggest that a recording be made to establish the terms of service,many companies have a prompt about recording for training purposes,i sure wish I could have mine in hand to prove what was agreed upon when I first signed up.i am disputing this whole business service with centurylink /directtv
