User comment: They can't get their billing accurate!
I WAS MADE TO UPGRADE AND GET A NEW MODEM THEY SAID WE MY BILL WOULD BE A LITTLE LESS AND I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED...WE THERE A$$HOLES CHARGED ME 100$ FOR THE MODEM AND 40$ CONNECT FEE..AND THE BILL IS 20$ MORE A MONTH....WTFFFFFFFFFFFFF IM MADDDDD WE NEVER OKED THE MONEY.SO THEY STOLED FROM ME.....IM CALLING THE BBB AND IF THE WONT LIVE UP TO THIER WORD IM GOING SOME WHERE ELSE...AND I WILL FIRE A LAW SUIT......CENTRY LINK SUCKS
