Century Link TERRIBLE Internet Customer Service - Internet Service
I am a new customer with Century Link, (1)they scheduled me an installation date and someone cancelled the representative tells me that they do not know who did it or why. I was never even contacted, I just so happened to call. (2)I call again to re-schedule it and the representative gives me a date with confirmation number this time. The day comes and no service is installed, a tech shows up and fiddles with wires outside the house then leaves, when I call them to inquire about this they tell me that the date was moved to a week from the date they gave me on the phone. On top of the fact that they committed errors they do nothing to help me they tell me that there is nothing they can do but wait. They do not offer any incentives or any way to rectify this error. The customer service is rude and they do not believe in making their customers happy. Terrible company, with terrible employees and terrrible customer service.
