Very Mad customer


I was having terrible internet connections for about 3 days and everyday i kept telling myself itll get better the next day...oh boy was i wrong! I couldnt handle not having internet considering the fact that i basically lived around wifi and my computer. So i called centry link customer service to see if they could help me out. the lady on the phone was no help what so ever! she kept saying shes restarting the box (according to her she restated it 4 times) and nothing worked ( the button for the internet way solid red). I was put on hold 6 times and each time was 10 min or longer. After i yelled at her and told her she didnt know how to do her job, i hung up got onto my computer settings and ended up fixing it myself! NEVER will i call or even have centry link again!!!
