Very poor service - DSL internet service

Over and over again my inernet service fluctuates from .2 mbps to 1.2mbps but mostly stays at the lower end of the range.This causes videos and phone calls to get disrupted or totally dropped.After many two+ hour calls to service I have never recieved satisfaction or any courtesy.very rude people and the rudeness escalates the higher up you go.They are all practiced liars it seems.In all my calls I only found two employees to admit to centurlinks fraud.
