WORST COMPANY EVER! - CenturyLink high speed internet service

Ever since I signed up with century link for internet service, it has been nothing but a nightmare. They first sent us the modem to set up ourselves and the internet was working for about 2 hours (only in the room with the modem by the way) and then it went out. We had Century Link for 18 days and had internet service for approximately 8 hours throughout the entire time. I made multiple phone calls and had 3 technicians out to "fix it". Everyone that I dealt with at that company was rude and incompetent. After canceling my service and filing for a 30 days money back guarantee, I thought I was finally done with them. Until 2 months later when I received a bill in the mail for $80. I called to find out what this was about and was told that I had to pay for the "18 days of service". I explained to Jessica, that the service never really worked and that I had filled out the money back guarantee and was told that I did not owe anything 2 months ago. She put me on hold for 25 min and was incredibly rude and unprofessional and said that her record showed that I had only called to complain 4 times, and if I really had a problem with the internet I should have called everyday until it was fixed. She told me there was nothing she could do to help me, that if I didn't pay it then it would just go to collections. BOTTOM LINE: THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH, ALL THE EMPLOYEES I SPOKE WITH WERE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND INCOMPETENT. THIS COMPANY IS JUST A BIG SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM!
