Never will I use them again!
Terrible service. I am so upset with them! I moved out of apartment and was still in a contract with them so I had them transfer over my remaining contract to the new address. Instead they set me up on a whole new contract that I did not want. I was going to cancel after my contract was up but now I received a whole new account number and stuff. I called about that and the guy I talked to was really nice and helpful and told me he would terminate my contract for free without the fee I would have to pay. When I call back a couple weeks later to ask a question about the final bill they tell me that the account and has not been closed after I have an email saying they closed it for me. So now I have to keep paying for this service after I sent in my modern because they told me they had closed it. I know I will never again be using this service. It is worth it to pay a little bit more money for better service than go to these guys!!!
