Long hold times and only open 8a-5p, untrained staff


I have never been able to resolve any issue in less than an hour and most calls require being transferred several times before an issue is resolved. The office hours are only 8a-5p and my hours are 7:30-5:30 so I am not able to resolve anything during my regular work day and have to use vacation time to do so. I was advised of a change to my contract but the system was not updated so the original contract was upheld. Centurylink did not take accountability for any of their employees statements or actions. Service for both Internet and cable was inconsistent and usually occurred at the times most needed. Overall poor service both to customer and by provider. I have switched back to Comcast.
