Centurylink - horrible service


I have had service for five months. This company has no problem taking my money, yet has major problems completing services on time. Anytime I have called it has taken over an hour and getting through to a real person who actually knows what they are doing is impossible. As of today, my internet lines STILL have not been buried. With service starting in October of 2016, it was supposed to have been done by mid-November. It is now mid-February 2017 and I still have lines laying on my grass and across my fence. Anytime I actually am able to speak to a real person, they are unable to assist my request because all lines are installed and buried by a third party
