Centurylink Service and Customer Service


Called in to speak with a representative about a bill that was sent to us after not having service with them for over a year. Was transferred to 5 different people THEN was sent back to the automated service, square one, and transferred again. When I finally got to speak with someone who called me a "rude ass" for telling her that she was the 6th person I had talked to... Yes I was quite pissed for being gave the run around for over 45 minutes, so yes I was a bit hateful but calling names was uncalled for. Needless to say I have to pay a bill for service that I no longer had, and equipment that I have already sent back OVER A YEAR AGO, or they were going to attack my credit. Worst company and customer service out there, No one else has internet in our area, no internet is better than dealing with these people!!!
