Bad bad customer service... Leaving after 16 years - DSL Internet, Phone Service and DirectTV


Never had any problems with Qwest/ Centurylink for 16 years until we upgraded our internet speed. First it took 2 weeks, 2 technicians dispatched, and numerous phone calls to resolve the issue... Than the bill come and I was passed from one person to other and everybody had a different story of what happened. Very disappointed and now searching for a new company. Just lost $200 in one month trying to increase internet speed that would only increase the monthly bill by $10. Good bey CenturyLink.

I don't have century link my mom does and I have to pay her bill and every location I've been to everybody acts the same damn way , their behind the counter playing with their phone not paying attention to the customer and then they had the nerve to get an attitude with you & this is at every location that I have been to.
