Awful billing mistakes, awful customer service - phone service, internet


I've called CenturyLink almost every month. My bills get changed, credits dropped and now getting through to a customer service person takes more than 30 minutes - they changed their phone system. No matter what I'm promised, what corrections are supposed to be made, each month it's more errors or no corrections at all.

Their customer service doesn't exist.
