  • Very poor service

    Over and over again my inernet service fluctuates from .2 mbps to 1.2mbps but mostly stays at the lower end of the range.This causes videos and phone calls to get disrupted or totally dropped.After many two+ hour calls to service I have never recieved satisfaction or any courtesy.very rude people and the rudeness escalates the higher up you go.They are all practiced liars it seems.In all my calls I only found two employees to admit to centurlinks fraud.   • Horrible Service

    I have called several times to disbute some inconsistent information and miss leading information from Centurylink. I am very angry with this company and I was just speaking to a gentleman in the Loyalty department and he hung up on him. I was told I would get a $70 package for internet and phone services, and a $50 visa gift card. After several times of callin in they finally said they had already ordered the card but i have yet to get it.   • Shady 30 day money-back policy

    I signed up for Centurylink but found that their service didn't fit my needs. I canceled it after about 15 days and the rep that I spoke to said that after I sent my modem back, I should be good to go. About a week after, I start getting letters about how I still owe 99 dollars. I called the number included on the bill and the barely helpful rep took about 30 dollars off, but still said I owe the rest for phone installation and usage. I didn't want nor use the phone service!   • Neighborhood Phones out AGAIN!

    Century Link CONTINUES to refuse to replace bad telephone equipment in our rural neighborhood. Our phones work sporadically at best. And with no cell service in the area, we are often out of communication. No 911 calls for emergencies. NOTHING. After weeks and weeks of neighbors calling, they put a band aid on it and in another week or two we have the same problems.
