    My internet has been out for 3 days, I've talked to multiple people, restarted, rebooted, and everything else imaginable to try to fix the connection problem and nothing has worked. The last woman we talked to was the sweetest and most helpful person I have ever spoken with over a customer service call. She did absolutely everything she could to help us and hopefully our internet will be up and running soon thanks to her!   • Disconnected Internet Revived

    Thank you, Jerome! I called the 24/7 Tech Support Line and the rep, Jerome, helped me immensely! He asked for all the information he would need in order to give me top-notch service. While on hold, I accidentally hung up on Jerome (touch screens, I tell ya! One move and your cheek hangs up the call) and lost hope that I probably won't get a call back (he had asked for my number earlier on in case I needed to be reached).   • Great Customer Service

    I have read a ton of terrible reviews of centurylinks customer service but I just got off the phone with them and had a wonderful experience I received a bill for early termination fee even though I canceled the service because I moved to a very rural area and the internet was out more than it was on. The representative was very polite and adjusted the bill right away I still have some charges for them coming out and installing new jacks but I no longer have to pay an early termination fee. If I ever move back into their service area I will be switching back over to them :) More...

  • Prism TV - CenturyLink

    I have been with CenturyLink for over 20 Years, formaly known here in NC as Carolina Telephone, Sprint ,Embarq , and now CenturyLink, I got the Prism TV service in July 2013 and we had nothing but issues with it for about 2 months straight. Tech after Tech. But come to find out when you live in rural are they put 2 DSL lines together to make it 1. They had the wrong WIRELESS installed. I had the CISCO wireless router, and when they switched it for the new TECHNICOLOR C2000T router, it works great, no problems at all.
