Long hold times and only open 8a-5p, untrained staff

I have never been able to resolve any issue in less than an hour and most calls require being transferred several times before an issue is resolved. The office hours are only 8a-5p and my hours are 7:30-5:30 so I am not able to resolve anything during my regular work... More...
