First Month And displeased - Internet serviceExample: The product name of washing machine
i recieved my first bill from centurylink today and it was almost double my quoted price. Originally they had me also signed up for a phone line without my consent. I only found this out when they thanked me for my "valued" internet and phone service. any how they told me that they would remove it but I would have to call the next day for the correct pricing to get added. so my service continued with constant connectivity issues. I recieved my bill of course being quoted 30 dollars a month I was shocked to see the 140 bill. I of couse expected it to be a little higher because of proration and install fees but this was ridiculas. i spent an hour and 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolcve this at which point their "loyalty team" tried to put me under a contract to get my bill at its original price. they said that was the only way to resolve my problem. at this point I felt blid sided so I asked to cancel sevice...at this point the representitive started to treat me like the bad guy and it was my fault I was lied too, decieved, and tricked.. i feel like I got scammed, I will now seek to file complaints with the BBB and any other originization to help people get educated about the practices of this company
