Centurylink Thieves and Liars - Interent

I have had centurylink for a total of 10months in that time I have went through 3 routers and made plenty of phone calls. Finally after all my drama and calls a rep told me that I would get a simple 10.00 credit for my problems. When my bill came no credit was put on when I called they said oh you didnt qualify for that credit. WHAT THE HECK ?!? I called because of an issue and was offered that credit and promised that i would get it. she never said if u qualify for it. This is not right I went to the BBB and was told by the company hey we will give you a credit for one month and thats all you wanna leave than pay a disconnection fee!! I feel like I have been hustled and im over a barrel.
