Century Link False Advertising
This Company is Hands down the WORST I have dealt with. In calling customer service I had a representative put me on hold for over 20 mis when asking for a supervisor, only to come back on and act as a supervisor, obviously I could tell he was the same guy, When I called him on it, He placed me back on hold for over 20 mins.
Then The next day I found out I was being Charged for 40 mbs of service as that was the agreement up front , but only receiving 20 MBS!!!! if I would not have logged in and set up Auto Pay, I would have never known that I was Getting Cheated!!! False Advertisement? Theft? You Decide. I absolutely would NOT Recommend this company or Service EVER.
