    The @ease computer support program from Century Link trashed my computer, I called complaint dept. found out that when you sign up through the business office they are suppose to read to you a disclosure that say's "use us at your own risk", so of course they failed to tell me that, because they wanted to sell me and not disclose that part of the agreement, which no one would agree to that, it would be stupid. I believe this is willful fraud of misrepresenting a service for monetary gain.So now I have my computer in a repair shop and century link denies any responsibility... More...
